The Hotel Contessa is pleased to provide special services to groups
traveling via bus. When arriving by bus, please note the following information:
Arrival Time: Guestroom Check-In time is 4:00 p.m. Early check-in must be requested, and is granted based upon availability only. Luggage storage is available for groups if required. For the comfort of your guests, we kindly request that you schedule your arrival time to coordinate with the 4:00 p.m. check-in time.
Rooming List / Bus List: Please indicate on your rooming list which guests are traveling via bus. This information will help The Front Desk and Guest Service departments expedite a faster group check-in. If multiple busses are arriving, please submit a Bus List, indicating which guests are passengers on each bus.
Property Introduction: Upon your advance request, a member of the Guest Services department will be happy to board your bus upon arrival, welcome your guests on behalf of The Hotel Contessa and offer a brief overview of the property’s layout and amenities.
Porterage: Porterage is a luggage rooming service provided by our Guests Services department to each guest arriving via bus. Please check your contract to see if porterage is included in your package. For the
convenience of your guests, porterage can be added at $4.00 per person.
Luggage Tags: For all Porterage service, luggage tags are REQUIRED. Please have luggage tagged PRIOR to your arrival at The Hotel Contessa, with the following information: Group Name, Guest Name, Bus Number,
and Number of Bags (Per that guest, example, 1 of 2). The Hotel Contessa is not responsible for lost luggage that is untagged or mis-tagged.
Phone Deposits: All guestroom phones are limited to in house calls. To activate the guestroom phone to make OUTGOING calls, individuals will need to stop by the Front Desk and leave a $25.00 cash deposit, or a Credit Card imprint. Guests can receive calls and place internal calls without leaving a deposit.
Luggage Pull Times: For all Porterage service, luggage should be placed outside each guestroom at a predetermined time on the day of departure. The Guest Services department will transport luggage to the
appropriate bus at that time. All luggage must be properly tagged for departure, and The Hotel Contessa is not responsible for lost luggage that is not placed outside the guestroom by the specified pull time.
Group Check-Out: Group check-out is available for all groups with guestroom / package rates being billed to the Master Account, or pre-paid in full prior to arrival. Individuals without incidental charges can simple return their key packet to the Front Desk upon vacating their guestroom. Individuals with incidental charges must reconcile their charges while returning their key packets at the Front Desk prior to check-out time.
Departure: Guestroom Check-Out time is 11:00 p.m. Late check-out must be requested, and is granted based upon availability only. Luggage storage is available for groups if required. For the comfort of your guests, we kindly request that you schedule your departure time to coordinate with the 11:00 p.m. check-out time. |
