ACS Journals: Addressing late effects and quality of life essential to improving survivorship care (Aune Lab)

Abstract
This news section offers Cancer readers timely information on events, public policy analysis, topical issues, and personalities. In this issue, we highlight efforts being made to improve cancer survivorship care and mitigate the late effects of cancer treatment. We also report on the increased risk for endocrine diseases among adolescent and young adult cancer survivors and on research demonstrating that high‐risk human papillomavirus testing may be a good option for cervical cancer screening.
